Theygo to Tanner's spa and discover that the youth-project has gone awry. Bucky's parents, and most of the customers, have become children, while other customers have become devolved apemen. Tanner' knocks out Zeta and forces Bucky to work for him to try and reverse the process. Bucky and Roe manage to escape, as does Zeta. InfiltrationUnit Seven, the next generation of Infiltration Unit to come after Zeta, which Agent Bennet unleashes with the sole assignment of capturing its robotic predecessor. This synthoid has the same mimicking skills as Zeta, but the metal frame beneath its hologram is larger, more powerful, and more heavily armed. Unlike our hero, IU7 still carries a Now The Zeta Project isn't perfect, it does have a couple flaws here and there, but it's an enjoyable show and one that I'm sure fans will enjoy adding to their TheBest Laid Plans - Chapter Six. Agent West runs as fast as his legs can take him, whizzing past stupefied agents who still can’t believe that he’s still here. He almost rams into the Commander Lemac’s secretary’s desk. “Agent West reporting,” he huffs and puffs. “Commander Lemac needs to see this immediately.”. Ruleof Perception: Since The Zeta Project was made Lighter and Softer from Batman Beyond to appeal more to children, his head was changed to a humanoid version presumably because of this. This isn't explained in-universe, though it can be assumed that either it was retconned away or he got a hold of a new head after the events of "Zeta".
